The new eligibility criterion permits authors and musicians to enter their work if they are U.S. citizens, permanent residents of the United States, or if the United States has been their longtime primary home.
The 2023 Book competitions (encompassing all eligible titles published in 2022, including those slated for release in the fourth quarter of the year) will close at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time on October 17.
