The South Dakota Humanities Council celebrates Pulitzer 100 with events and essays

If you didn't make it to South Dakota, make time to read these essays: 

The Question of J. Robert Oppenheimer in the 21st Century by Kent Meyers, which considers the 2006 biography winner American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and Martin Sherwin. 

and Pulitzer winner talks about researching history, resilience of the Mandan people by Marilyn Johnson, who spoke with last year's history winner Elizabeth Fenn about her book: Encounters at the Heart of the World: A History of the Mandan People.
