The People, the Presidency and the Press: Watch it live

The third of the Pulitzer Prizes' four Centennial Marquee events unfolds this week in Dallas. The People, the Presidency and the Press touches on the tensions between reporters and the commander in chief.

As President George W. Bush told a full house at the event kickoff: "I really don't miss much about Washington, but I will tell you that the intellectual stimulation from dealing with a vibrant, free press was a very important part of the job."

Watch to learn how his experience of the "symbiotic relationship" between politicians and journalists in the U.S. contrasts with that of Vladimir Putin in Russia.
